Apple Devices Without eSIM Capability:

  • iPhone models from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao (except iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS).
  • Apple Watch does not currently support eSIM.

eSIM Support for iPhone Models:

  • iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 allow two eSIMs to be active simultaneously.
  • In the USA, iPhone 14 and 15 series do not support physical SIM cards—only eSIM is available.

For Devices Purchased in Turkey:

  • If your iPhone or iPad was set up after June 23, 2020, eSIM will activate after installation. Contact your carrier if it doesn’t.
  • If set up before this date, you may need to reset your device to enable eSIM. Back up your data before proceeding.

iPad Compatibility:

  • Only Wi-Fi + Cellular iPads support eSIM, except for those from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao.
